How We are Different ...
At Squirrely Dog! we strive to provide high quality products that dogs love and pup parents can feel good about. Our goal is to source local ingredients whenever possible as we feel it makes a positive impact on your dog's health and the environment. We look forward to being closely involved in our community in meaningful ways, such as donating 10% of all gross sales to local Puget Sound animal rescues. Good dog should be rewarded with a loving, safe home (and a yummy treat!).

Welcome to Squirrely Dog! The question we get asked a lot is how we came up with the name. Well, it's easy. Our dogs are goofy and a little bit "squirrely" and they have a mutual fascination (err...hatred) of squirrels. Likewise we believe the squirrels thoroughly enjoy tormenting our dogs with their games. It's actually kind of fun to watch as our dogs are slow on the uptake but they mean well and earnestly try to catch the squirrels. They never will.
And to the second question we get asked the most...yes, there will be a Squirrely Cat in the future. Along with our dogs Lucy & Ricky, Fred our cat is equally obsessed with the squirrels. It's a family obsession apparently. As for us, we admire the squirrels and love their cleverness.
We both grew up in military families and lived all over the U.S., South Pacific, Hawaii, Middle East and Europe. We met in Seattle over 12 years ago and have been together since. We love the mountains, ocean, art & music of Seattle and the close proximity to British Columbia, Canada. Starbucks makes life even better here :) We are lucky to live in a suburb of Seattle that has a great dog-friendly community and we love what we do!
